Security System Enhancement Notice

We would like to inform you that there will be security system enhancement work from January 4, 2025, at 00:00 to January 4, 2025, at 00:30 (KST, GMT+09:00), for a total of 30 minutes. All basic Moaform functions will remain available during this 30-minute period, but please note the following:

• Data collected during this 30-minute window will be stored safely, but it will not be visible on the results page until the work is complete. Once the work is finished, you will be able to view all collected data.
• During the same 30-minute period, data will not be sent via webhook. Once the work is complete, any data that was not sent during this time will be transmitted.

Respondents can still submit answers during the maintenance, and their data will be stored normally. However, both the results page display function and the webhook data transmission function will be temporarily halted. As soon as the work is complete, all data will appear on the results page, and any unsent data will be sent via webhook in one batch.

We will do our best to finish this work as quickly as possible.
